The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Forest County Potawatomi Community (FCPC) for the installation of energy efficiency measures (EEMs) and a solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the new community center that is being constructed near Crandon, Wisconsin at the FCPC Reservation. Because construction of the new community center is separate from and would occur regardless of the DOE funded project, it is not considered a connected action and potential impacts associated with the construction will not be reviewed as part of this NEPA Determination.
