The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission for the research, development, and testing of devices and strategies to improve attic air sealing. Project activities would include research and development, laboratory testing, workforce training, and field testing in existing structures. Research and workforce development would take place at the Recipient’s research and training facility in Urbana, Illinois.
