CX-032220: FY24 Congressionally Directed Spending project entitled, “Boat Energy Transition Feasibility Study

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to Alaska Longline Fisherman’s Association (ALFA) for the development of a decarbonization plan for the fishing fleet in Southeast Alaska.  The proposed award activities would occur over two years. Project activities would consist of planning, design, research, project coordination, management and evaluation.
