Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow American Forest Management (AFM) use of established access roads within BPA fee-owned rights-of-way (ROW) of the North Bonneville-Midway No. 1 (NBON-MIDW-1) and Underwood Tap to Bonneville PH1-Alcoa No 1 and 2 (UNDDT-BOAL-2) transmission lines for access to adjacent timber land for logging operations.
