September 12, 2024The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Advanced Cooling Technologies (ACT) for the design, fabrication and testing of two component energy-water-emission recovery (EWER) systems. Design, fabrication, and testing of a heat pipe-based latent energy exchanger and ethanol trap as well as associated data analysis and report writing would occur at ACT's facilities in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
