Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to install a new communications tower at the summit of Grouse Peak in Custer County, Idaho. BPA is currently collocated on the State of Idaho's (SOI) radio tower on the summit of Grouse Peak South. BPA's current ultra-high frequency (UHF) antennas are outdated and require replacement upgrades.
