CX-031676: High-Density Interconnect Technology for CdTe PV Modules

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to First Solar, Inc. (FS) for the design, fabrication, and testing of Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) High Density Interconnect solar modules. Award activities would consist of design, development, fabrication, data collection and analysis, and laboratory and small-scale field testing. All project activities would occur at existing, purpose-built FS and DOE facilities.
