The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) to Clark County, Neveda for an energy efficiency project to assess the current outdoor lighting infrastructure, energy usage, fixture types and condition, identifying priority locations for LED retrofits, and developing a plan to implement the upgrades at four metro parks.
