The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) entered into a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) with Partnership Intermediary (PI) EnergyWerx to establish the Industrial Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, and Decarbonization (ISEED) Workforce Development Collaborative.
