The 735-A change rooms are being converted into office space and the restrooms are being renovated to improve habitability; each office space is intended to house a maximum of 4 occupants. a ductless, multi-zone, heat pump system and a new exhaust fan will be installed. The existing steam heater units will be taken out of service.
