CX-031233: Foro Energy, Inc. -- Eliminating Methane Emissions from Abandoned Oil and Gas Wells

This Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funds to support the project team's small-scale research and development activities to design, build, test and showcase a transformational mobile laser cutting unit (MLCU) that will significantly reduce and prevent methane emissions, by more effectively and efficiently plugging leaking abandoned oil and gas wells.
