CX-031198: Minority Serving Institution Contract Readiness Prize

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to authorize the administration of the Minority Serving Institution (MSI) Contract Readiness Prize (Prize), a one-phase prize that aims to support small, medium, and large Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and other MSIs, including Asian America, Native American, and Pacific Islander Serving Institutions (AANAPISIs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) to become “contract” ready for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and subcontract-ready with the U.S. DOE National Laboratories.
