CX-031175: Zero-Emissions Hydrogen Heat and Power technology demonstration for cross-sectoral decarbonization of the U.S. industry and the grid (Project ØNOx)

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Noble Thermodynamic Systems, Inc. (NTS) to demonstrate the performance, emissions, and cost of argon power cycle as a hydrogen fueled combined heat and power system to module the output of industrial-grade heat and electric power.  This NEPA Determination (ND) only applies to Budget Period (BP) 1 and BP2. This NEPA Determination does not apply BP3.
