CX-031169: Academic Center for Reliability and Resilience of Offshore Wind (ARROW): Addressing Barriers in Today’s and Tomorrow’s OSW Power Deployment by Enhancing U.S. Workforce and Education

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass Amherst) to establish the Academic center for Reliability and Resilience of Offshore Wind (ARROW) for the purpose of addressing infrastructure, transmission, and supply chain challenges seen when scaling up offshore wind technologies.
