The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) to the City of Brewer, ME, to replace existing ball field lighting at Doyle Field Recreational Facility in Brewer, Maine. The new lighting would be more energy efficient by utilizing LED lighting and eliminating unnecessary lighting by reducing the number of light poles from nine to four.
