June 12, 2024Eagle LNG Partners Jacksonville II LLC (Eagle Maxville) requests to amend its existing long-term, multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) in an amount up to the equivalent of 51.75 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas per year, to countries with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy. In this amendment application, Eagle Maxville seeks to add 28 new facilities to the list of facilities from which it may source LNG for export.
