The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the City of Medford, MA, for the installation of two solar panel arrays. Project activities would consist of demolition, construction of a basketball court and shade structure, installation of two solar photovoltaic systems and components, and community outreach and education.
