CX-030604: Reducing Energy Burdens for Underserved Households in Colorado's Rural Mountain Communities

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Eagle County, Colorado to provide funds and support to Energy Smart Colorado (ESC) and partner agencies serving low-to-moderate income households and advance clean energy careers in rural communities across the western slope of Colorado.
