Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to fund the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) to conduct habitat restoration activities in the floodplain and channel of Lookingglass Creek in northeastern Oregon. To inform project designs and future restoration actions, CTUIR would conduct geotechnical investigation of the proposed project area.
