CX-030452: Replace Crude Oil Transfer Pump

The Supplier shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, supervision, labor and materials necessary to replace cavern crude oil transfer pumps WHP-134 and 135 with new pumps, pump bases, motors, and appurtenances, including upstream and downstream valves and instrumentation having double mechanical seal systems on the pumps in place of the currently installed single mechanical seals and a barrier fluid console with piping to support the new seal system.
