CX-030308: Supporting State and Territory Energy Offices and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of State and Community Energy Programs to Implement State Energy Program–Supported Technical Assistance Activities under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

The Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO). Proposed efforts would include technical assistance to the State and Territory Energy Offices (hereinafter “State Energy Offices”), as well as provide communication and coordination assistance between DOE and the State Energy Offices on the implementation of DOE’s State Energy Program (SEP). Efforts would be directed to activities supported under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and SEP annual formula funding.
