CX-030286: American-Made Upskill Prize

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to authorize the administration of a single-phase prize competition, known as the “American-Made Upskill Prize: Solar Manufacturing Workforce Training.” The prize would provide financial assistance toward the development of module manufacturing workforce training, as well as provide recruitment and training support for the solar manufacturing workforce.
