CX-029968: Multi-Gigawatt Electric Highway

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Solar Synergies, Incorporated, for the development, fabrication, and testing of an aluminum beam that could serve as an outdoor electricity transmission line. Project activities would include research, development, data analysis, laboratory operations, and outdoor testing.
