The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Siemens Energy, Incorporated, for the development, fabrication, and testing of an inductive electric heater for producing process steam for industrial heating. Project activities would consist of data collection and analysis; research and development; laboratory operations; and relocation, installation, and operation of machinery and equipment.
