CX-029944: Cost Effective Integration of Green Hydrogen Production into the Resource Recovery and Renewable Energy Management Systems of Water Resource Recovery Facilities

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the City of St. Cloud, MN for the design, development, installation, field testing, and full-scale implementation of a water electrolyzer that will produce green hydrogen, green oxygen, and thermal energy for an existing water resource recovery facility (WRRF.)
