The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to GE Energy to design, develop, fabricate, and validate a low-temperature waste recovery module. Project activities would include designing and building a Johnson-Thermo-Electrochemical Converter (JTEC) membrane electrode assembly (MEA) testing platform and developing a process to manufacture an optimized MEA.
