CX-027951: Municipal Building Upgrades

DOE is administering Congressionally Directed Spending to the City of Salamanca in New York to replace existing windows and garage doors on the City’s Municipal Building. The building houses the majority of the City’s employees, the City’s Emergency Management Services (EMS), and fire station.
