The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Slipstream Group, Incorporated, to develop and implement a sensing and control system employing VOLTTRON software for use in solar photovoltaic and battery storage energy systems. Project activities would be performed in three stages: community planning; research, design, and laboratory testing; and field testing.
