CX-027275: Built to Last Project

DOE is administering Congressionally Directed Spending to the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) to fund the administrative, education, outreach, and audits of the Built to Last program. PEA has applied to receive funding under another DOE grant called the Enhancement & Innovation grant.
