CX-027272: Additive Manufacturing of Light-Weight Aerospace Components using a Novel Al-Ce-Ni Based Alloy

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Boeing Research and Technology to further develop deposition parameters for additive manufacturing (AM) of Aluminum-Cerium (Al-Ce) alloys and to demonstrate the potential application of this technology on an aerospace component.
