The purpose of this EEC is to support the administrative action of processing a successor Land Lease Agreement for the SBA Landfill Cell Tower Site between DOE and SBA Towers for the continued use of the same DOE-owned property for an initial five-year term, with an option for the Lease to be automatically extended for four additional five-year terms.
