Rev. 2. The sealant that was applied to the culvert adjacent to the paved area and the culvert across the fence at SRMC as described in Revision 1 is coming off. Revision 2 will include the application of 1-2 inches of asphalt as specified in Revision 0 to these areas to further fix the contamination.
