The purpose of this EEC is to document the placement of a grout plug into the 6 in abandoned process sewer drain pipe riser to prevent additional inadvertent flow of liquid from the recycle sump into the abandoned underground process sewer riser and to document the discrepancy between the as-built configuration of the 6 in riser and the current description provided in the engineering drawings.
