Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to perform in-kind replacement of the electrical conductor insulators at the dead end towers, as well as other critical towers, along the Taft – Bell No. 1 500 kV high voltage line. This work would help to maintain a safe and reliable high voltage transmission system.
