CX-026817: Reseal Underground Cell Covers (Storage Tank Room Plugs, Heat Exchangers, etc.) at 105-C

Cell Covers for underground locations at 105-C such as the Storage Tank Room, Heat Exchanger plugs will be cleaned and resealed. This is a routine maintenance activity that needs to be done periodically to prevent leakage of rain water into the below grade areas of 105-C.
