The scope of work is to lay a 2” thick (min) layer of 9.5 mil asphalt mix with a non-woven geotextile underlayment applied over a tack coat over the existing asphalt road that has been sealed. A milled transition is required on the road east and west of the contamination area to tie into the existing road for vehicle traffic.
