BPA proposes to fund the Coeur d’Alene Tribe to fill, and thus deactivate, four ditches and one channel that was excavated to drain the Hangman Creek floodplain. Four ditches totaling 8,481 linear feet, and one 590-foot relief channel are proposed for filling to the level of the floodplain.
