CX-026604: Accelerating Cycles of Learning of Advanced Silicon Architectures: Cell Processing Approaches and their Effect on Degradation Mechanisms

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) for the development and testing of an accelerated screening process for the induction and investigation of cellular failure modes. Accelerated aging of unencapsulated photovoltaic (PV) stacks and devices would be used in order to predict, understand, and mitigate PV device failure.
