Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow the Cowlitz Public Utility District (PUD) to remove poles from BPA fee-owned land outside Longview Substation. Cowlitz PUD is planning to remove two wooden H-frame transmission line structures and 69kV conductor from Cowlitz PUD’s abandoned Longview to Mt. Solo transmission line.
