BPA is proposing to fund the Confederated Tribes of Colville Reservation (CTCR) to purchase the Beaver Creek Valley View property. BPA would hold a conservation easement to permanently protect, mitigate, and enhance habitat for ESA-listed spring chinook, summer steelhead, bull trout, coho salmon, and other wildlife.
