The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the West Virginia University Research Corporation (WVU) to perform a second phase feasibility analysis for the development of an integrated Geothermal District Heating and Cooling (GDHC) and underground thermal energy storage (UTES) system for the WVU campus.
