April 13, 2022The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to provide funding to existing State Energy Program (SEP) recipients as outlined in the SEP Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of 2021 SEP-Administrative Legal Requirements Document (SEP-IIJA 2021-ALRD) to develop energy security plans. DOE may provide up to $200,000 to all 50 States, Territories, and the District of Columbia (hereinafter “Recipients”).
