CX-021099: Upgrading Wood to Steel Light Poles

The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, hardware,
transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and services required to safely and successfully install metal
light poles with concrete foundations with light fixtures on each pole.
