CX-020985: Process Air Compressors and Dryers Isolation in Support of HB-Line Lay-Up

HB-Line will be entering Lay-Up status. The Process Air (PRA) system for HB-Line will not be needed to support the facility while in this configuration. As such the PRA compressors and dryers will be isolated and preserved. The preservation will be able to last for two years before reapplication of preservatives is required, a PM (Preventative Maintenance) will be set-up to facilitate this. Gaskets will be handled as PACM.
