The Provo River Project consists of a powerplant on a dam at Deer Creek on the Provo River in central Utah. The Deer Creek power station has an installed capacity of 5,000 kilowatts. Western Area Power Administration proposes a 5-year Provo River Project Firm Power Formula Rate through March 31, 2025, which is unchanged from the existing formula rate in Rate Schedule PR–1 that expires on March 31, 2020.
