CX-020693: Replace Fire Water Piping in Bldg. 810

Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, consumables, services, transportation, storage, and supervision necessary to replace the fire water piping in bldg. 810. The Big Hill Fire Water System piping in and around the Fire Water Pump House Building #810 has reached the end of its service life and shall be replaced. The piping IS approaching the end of its useful life, approximately 200 feet of piping ranging from 1/2” to 12” standard pipe sizes, will be replaced with carbon steel piping of the same size.
