CX-020367: Activity-Specific Categorical Exclusion for the 2019 Plutonium Man Bike Race

The Three Rivers Road Runners Club plans to conduct the 2019 Plutonium Man Triathlon on Saturday, August 31, 2019. This swim-bike-run triathlon would start in a "Transition Area" located at the southeast corner of the Washington State University Tri-Cities Campus. The Club proposes to use Hanford Site paved roadways south of the Wye Barricade for a portion of the bike race and requested authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, Office of Access and Use, to use various routes on site.
