A Non-Time Critical (NTC) Removal Action will be conducted for the C-Area Groundwater (CAGW) Operable Unit (OU) TCE plume. The NTC Removal Action will consist of an emulsified oil permeable barrier. Trees and vegetation will be cleared and lay-down areas created to stage equipment.
