In support of activities at PBF-622, the proposed action leases and installs two 12' x 56' office trailers on the asphalt on the north side of PBF-622 to house additional people for Moran customer visits. PBF-622 will supply power to the leased trailers, and a generator may be used an alternative power source. A new step-down transformer and disconnect will be installed near PBF-622. Power will be supplied from the transformer to trailers using an S.O. (Service OilResistant) Cord. A drive-over protector will be used in the area of vehicle traffic.
