CX-019998: Add Domestic Water Supply to 263-170H Warehouse

There are currently employees stationed at the 263-170H warehouse, which does not have any form of air conditioning. Swamp coolers are currently used to keep employees cool during the summer months. The swamp coolers are constantly refilled using forklifts, which provides an unnecessary safety risk. The addition of a domestic water spigot supply at the warehouse would allow the swamp coolers to be refilled without the use of forklifts. UPS batteries, flammables, and combustibles are also stored at the 263-170H warehouse. A portable eyewash station is currently available, but the staging of UPS batteries, flammables, and combustibles is a frequent, seemingly permanent occurrence. Portable eyewash stations are a temporary solution, and are usually supplied by Central Shops. A permanent safety shower / eyewash station offers a permanent solution and would allow the PM to be more closely regulated by Tritium.
